The role

  • Set up and optimise TikTok Shop stores, including storefront design and product listings
  • Manage daily store operations, performance and account health across brands
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, returns and support requests
  • Recruit, manage and track affiliate creators and their content
  • Monitor sales and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth
  • Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and best practices

Requirements

  • Available during European working hours
  • Proven experience managing TikTok Shop accounts
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate programs
  • Experience with large-scale affiliates — state monthly outreach volume, tracking capacity and tools used
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple products, creators and campaigns at scale

Requirements
