The role

Set up and optimise TikTok Shop stores, including storefront design and product listings
Manage daily store operations, performance and account health across brands
Handle customer inquiries, orders, returns and support requests
Recruit, manage and track affiliate creators and their content
Monitor sales and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth
Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and best practices

Requirements

Available during European working hours
Proven experience managing TikTok Shop accounts
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate programs
Experience with large-scale affiliates: state monthly outreach volume, tracking capacity and tools used
Excellent organisational and communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple products, creators and campaigns at scale

Creator & Affiliate Management

Creator Management Process * Link or describe the spreadsheet, CRM or system you use to manage creator outreach, negotiations and performance tracking.

Affiliate outreach capacity * How many creators can you identify, contact, onboard and track for a single brand within a month?

Strategy & Experience

GMV Growth Strategy * What strategies have you used to increase GMV for TikTok Shop brands? Include examples, metrics and links where possible.

Brand experience * Examples of brands you have managed. Include your role, responsibilities, objectives and measurable outcomes.

TikTok Shop advertising expertise * Proficiency with Spark Ads, GMX Ads and other TikTok Shop advertising tools. Share examples with objectives, budgets and results.

TikTok Shop experience * How long have you worked with TikTok Shop? Which areas: affiliates, shop ops, live commerce, paid media?

Performance results * Case studies, dashboards or reports demonstrating your ability to drive sales and scale TikTok Shop brands. (links)

The role

Identify, recruit and onboard TikTok and Instagram affiliate creators in your markets
Build genuine, warm long-term relationships with creators: be their go-to contact, not just a brief sender
Communicate proactively and clearly with affiliates: briefs, feedback, updates and performance results
Manage multiple affiliate relationships simultaneously while keeping every creator engaged and motivated
Coordinate product seeding, content deadlines and campaign timelines across your creator network
Track affiliate performance and provide regular reporting to internal teams

Requirements

Fluent in English plus at least one other language (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Arabic or others)
Exceptional communication skills: warm, clear, persuasive and responsive
Experience managing multiple relationships or projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
A natural ability to make people feel valued and excited to work with you
Strong organisational skills: you track everything, follow up consistently and never miss a deadline
Experience in influencer marketing, creator management or affiliate programs is a strong plus
Passion for social media, content creation and the creator economy
